hey here is a few facts: on April 2005 will mark the 93rd anniversy of the titanic sinking: its nearly 100 years since the titanic sank.:

the idea to build the titanic was brought up on 1907 but they did no start building it until march the 31st 1909:the constrution of the titanic was handled by harland and wolff:it took 3 years to build the titanic because it was meant to be the biggest ship to ever take the seas:in the end it cost $7.5million to finsh it.
Even though crew members were desperately trying to turn the ship in the other direction, when the ship collided with the berg a massive rip was torn parallel across the ship's bulk. The Titanic sinking began almost immediately, as the ship began to take on water.It has been almost 100 years since the Titanic sank.
